O' Modis provides all necessary documentation for customs clearance. However, any applicable customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer receiving the goods.
4. Delivery Time:
Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours of successful payment confirmation.
Within the European Union (EU), customers can expect delivery within an average of 3 business days.
The estimated delivery time for destinations outside the EU is 5-7 business days.

O' Modis maintains warehouses at various locations across the globe to enhance the efficiency of our delivery process.
Michael Kors, COACH, and Tory Burch products are stored in our warehouse in the USA.
Sunglasses and watches are stored in our warehouse in Germany.
Luxury brands such as D&G, Gucci, Versace, Jimmy Choo, and others are stored in our warehouse in Sweden.
Italian brands are primarily stored in our warehouses in Italy.

Returns Form
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from O' Modis. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Return Policy Duration: Our return policy lasts for 14 days, starting from the day the package is delivered. Please initiate any return requests within this timeframe to ensure smooth processing.

Late Returns: Returns shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for covering the return label and the shipping cost back to the original dispatch address.

Defective or Wrong Items: If you encounter any defective or wrong shipped items, please use the Returns form above to get in contact with us. We will provide a return label for you to ship the defective/wrong item back to us.

Customer Dissatisfaction Returns: Returns due to customer dissatisfaction should be shipped back at the customer’s expense and with an active tracking number. Please use reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx. We do not accept returns shipped via local Postal Services due to long delivery times, and any such packages will be rejected.

Customs Charges: For returns with customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for covering those costs. If a customer’s return includes customs charges, these must be paid first before we can proceed with the refund of the returned item/s.

Return Conditions: All returns must be in perfect original condition, including any original attachments such as tags, boxes, or dust-bags, along with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products have been worn, washed, or have any traces of use.

Declined Returns: In the event of declined returns, the order will be shipped back to the customer, and any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
